Karl Schneider

Joining the Hunt Company teams in 2018, Karl has consistently demonstrated his commitment to his role. Beginning as a bundling operations employee, Karl quickly became a critic of the status quo and implemented strategic initiatives to create a more effective and efficient packaging process. He challenges his teams to be the best version of themselves while leading by example. Because of his can-do attitude and his dedication to generating exceptional products, Karl now serves as the Operations Manager for the Kindled Provisions Pittsboro facility. In his current role, Karl oversees all raw material handling and processing, kiln-drying operations, and all packaging and shipping components. Karl is a devoted husband and father to three kids. Outside of work, Karl enjoys building things, working with his hands, and, most importantly, spending time with his family.
